Courtney love originally came from the band Hole, which consisted of 4 angry girls and 1 guy (I bet he felt good!) . Their songs really yelled out what they felt and were all lyrically written by Courtney. She isn't exactly conventionally beautiful, but in her own way she is... and all the surgery helped. She did drugs but is still alive with a daughter to tell the tale that they don't completly kill you but are nothing to be proud of.
Courtney is a feminist and was married to my male idol and inspiration when I write - Kurt Cobain.
After Kurt's death did she , in my opinion, really come out her shell. The public scrutinise her and judge her. Most people hate her and she was incredibly open minded, truthful and could easily cause scandals - which is probably why I love her and can relate to her so much.
I'm an angry girl, who was in love (or I thought I was even though he had a gf - bit silly when you write it down) but he died. I have also done stupid things and regretted it, I'm not beautiful at all and I don't give a shit about life.
I'm also a feminist, love Kurt Cobain, and most people hate me and I came 2nd in 'most likely to cause a front page scandal' in our year book. Tbh, I don't think people can either take a joke, have a laugh, or take the truth as they take life way to seriously and don't know the definition of the word FUN.

ANYWAY.
This song that she wrote has pretty much summed up everything that I both feel, believe and relate too as both me and Love have been through the same childhood exprience and I've done her life (sans baby and hubby) a bit tooo young.
I'll never forget coming from town listening to Muse's cover of 'Feeling Good' at around 10:30 at night (just came back from seeing Paranormal Activity - great film to watch before you have to walk down a road at night ON YOUR OWN (!).
My road had been painted with a thick layer of snow and it was still falling from the black clouds above; the song had just begun and it was just Matt Belamy playing the piano and singing (with his intoxicatingly electric voice) and I was walking down this hill/road, getting snowflakes caught in my hair.
The scene was made better as my street lights are ice white so you could see every snowflake, and - I'm not going to lie - I felt the need to 'dance' in the snow. By dance I mean skip and spin like a pretty ballerina. It felt so magical...
It took along time for you to start liking me but thankyou for finally letting me win a bidding war and FINALLY get an iPod since loosing my one at my own campout in my OWN garden :D
Don't you just hate the feeling of knowing you can never see a band because the front man is dead?

Sometimes they can be replaced but in this case, replacing them means it will be a completly different band.

Prom was the other night, personally I thought it was ok but a bit annoying. Being immersed in happiness and surrounded by your year group who half of the time seem to be making up a new rumour about you to piss you off tends to get overwhelming after a while. But let's keep this positive.
Many things went wrong on prom night.
1. My dress was too big - shock
2. My mum wasn't there to join the other mothers - but I love the other mums a tiny bit more (SHEILA♥)
3. I nearly had a panic attack through stress... gotta love cigarettes!
It was too obvious that the song requests that our year made pre-prom were clearly ignored as the DJ just played his own mainstream thing. Then again, if it was 'un-mainstream' I would of wanted to stab him.
